I just started reading this book on Saturday and thought that others would enjoy it as well.

According to the book, Hygge is “the ability to appreciate the ordinary pleasures of life and enjoy the moment.”  Sometimes I need a reminder that I should pay more attention to the little things and not spend so much time worrying about the past and future.
