Here’s another poem written some time in the late 1990s. No one could tell my younger self that all of my dreams wouldn’t come true.
Dreams (A Pledge)
I have dreams
Things that I need to achieve
I have to make them come true
So I won’t have a pointless life
And make me happy
Not full of spite
There will be no disappointing days
I will achieve every goal
Everything I want to do
There will be no days
When I wish I was someone else.
