I haven’t posted in a couple of weeks due to gallbladder surgery, so I know the algorithm isn’t going to show this to most people. This is a poem I started working on recently. Do you think I should finish it?
If I pour my highest hopes,
Biggest dreams and darkest fears
Onto paper would you buy them
Or would you tear them up?
Ignore their existence
Or deem them worthless?
I try to give you substance.
You have enough flash.

Dimplesandgrins.com is on a joy seeking mission. It is a place of celebration and inspiration. At the same time, I am not afraid to explore the darker, sadder parts of life because life consists of both joyful and sorrowful moments (plus, a lot of other emotions).
